enlarged liver and spleen

I was recently had a CT Scan after complaining of right sided pain at the rib cage. The scan found that my liver was enlarged with a cyst in the right lobe and the spleen is enlarged also, with a 19-20 month stability. A kidney stone was found in the right kidney as well. So far all labs are coming back normal, pending is liver panel. Any ideas?  The pain is a continuous dull ache most of the time,however at times it has been severe enough to double me over and drop me to my knees.  Any ideas?? Need help.

These pains are possibly caused from the kidney stone. You need the results from the liver panel, (which are usually 7 different test done from a sample of blood) to see how the liver is functioning. From there you can take the next step.

I am a 20 year old male and doesnt drink . My liver and spleen is enlarged . I have gotten test and more test done and nothing adnorml shows on my resualts. I am in the army. and like the docter is like there is nothing wrong with . i have pain on my sides and i know there is something wrong with me cause ever since this has been going on. i have had random dizzyness and blur vison. also nasuea most of the day. there isnt no internal bleading . Its not cancer or any of the hepts. or even any of the common dieaseas . does anyone have a clue what i got or what i should do ?
