enlarged liver

These are my results from an ultrasound...The liver is mildly enlarged measuring 18 cm in length. There is diffuse increased echogenicity of the liver having the appearance of fatty infiltration. There is a small area of sparing from fatty infiltration adjacent to the gallbladder fossa which is the typical location. No evidence of a focal liver mass.

I don't think I drink often, at the most 4 nights a month, typically 2 drinks.  Maybe once every six weeks I go out with friends and will drink more than that = 4 drinks and maybe a shot.  Is drinking alcohol the only thing that could be the cause of my enlarged liver?

Is there a good "liver diet" that would help?  I am overweight and need to get healthy.  This is a wake up call and need to wrap my head around what is going on.  Thank you for any insight and information that you are willing to share here.

A fatty liver is possible and can be resolved by less drinking, and following a healthy diet without sugar sodas, etc. Exercise is helpful as well.
