fatty enlarged liver by 7cm?

I have enlarged fatty liver by 7CM. besides my ALT is 64 and triglsuride 403. my HVC & B are negative. i often have slight pain in the arch of ribs below sternum. what is a possible treatment for above symtoms (symptoms).

I have had high liver enzymes for quite a few years.  Only last week did a doctor say "I think you need to have a liver biopsy"  Why in the last 20 years has this not came up before?  I will be having a biopsy on 7/27 at 10am.  The gastro MD said "It is probably a fatty liver but you probably have deterioration which could mean cirrhosis"
This is scarry.
