i can`t get lif insurace as my gamma gt level`s r high ?how do i get this down quick ? i do have a drink ! i know i must cut back.

mine was 345 no alcohol weekdays and just a small amount at weekends reduced it to 166 after 3-months, avoid aspartame found in sweeteners of sugar free drinks! Basicall it takes a long time with very little alcohol
