having liiver issues but have a rare dissorder for women

i am 21 year old female and my question is that i have hereditary angio adema and they have put me on oxandrolone for my swelling and for the past year my liver enzymes have completly elavated and latley i have had alot of pain where ,y liver is located and no one can seem to to think of anything that could be wrong i dont have a gullbladder (gallbladder) they took that out and i also had an ercp to cut a muscle they did a ecd recantly and said not all my food was digesting it was staying in my stomach and i also seem to vomit at least once a day a while after eating i am so lost i dont kow what else to think of if someone could possibly help with this i would appriciate this
