help high AST and ALT very concerned...

I received a concerning blood chemistry results and urinalysis for life insurance could you please give me some ideas what this could be?  I am very concerned. I realize that ast and alt are liver related but do the other results point in any direction...obviously I need to see a doctor but wanted a heads up/and or to determine what type of doctor I should see to cut to the chase.  Thanks for any input.

Bloodwork
AST U/L 249 (very high)
ALT U/L 101 (very high)
Globulin G/DL 1.9 (low)

Urine
Protein MG% 25 high
Specific Gravity 1.035 high
Creatinine MG/DL 396.9 H

A hepatologist/gastroenterologist would be a good idea. As you say AST/ALT are your liver enzymes and Creatinine measures kidney function.
