helpp

i am 20 yr old healthy male. i have been having a burning sensation in my upper right abdomen riht below my rib cage. Some times the burning sensation goes to my back, on the right side under the rib cage. It comes and it goes and some days it doesnt happen. It isnt too severe but just annoying. I have had extensive blood work done on my liver checking for everything possible. I also had an ultrasound on my gall bladder. All they found was that i had gilbert syndrome. But could that cause this burning??

Any change in bowel habits?

I was told sometimes a HIDA scan can pick up what an ultrasound misses when it comes to a gallbladder problem.

According to mayo clinic's website, Gilbert's syndrome typically doesn't cause symptoms, but if it causes your bilirubin to get high enough, you might experience yellowing to the whites of your eyes and your skin, pain in your abdomen, weakness and fatigue.  A HIDA scan with ejection fraction or an MRCP might reveal something that your ultrasound didn't.  Does the pain get worse at night or after eating certain types of food?
