hep-b and mri

I have had 3 mri on my c-spin in the last 5 mon.The first one should a high t1 signal so my doctor ordered another one with and without contrast he was concerned about demylosation .It also sould ddd and some hern.disc.He sent me to a nuro.she did not know what to make of it so she ordered another one and it was still there but had moved so she believes it to be artifact.I have to many symptom's to list .I have cornice hep-b and have had for the age of 17 I am 43 .I have not had my blood or liver checked in over a year .I was just wondering if there is something wrong with my liver  would it show up on an mri like that.I just fill if it where an art. it would not be on all 3 mri if it was not something in my neck.
