high ggt,case of m.p.g.n.

male,40 yrs old,syrian nationality,ENT doctor.. live in ksa since 8 yrs,no smoke,drink-married 12yrs,3 sons-old sport man,stoped regular sports since 5 yrs...healty,,,history of gout attacks 10yrs,lbp 15yrs non surgical central disc,fatty liver 15 yrs ,high l.f.t. 15yrs (50-100 for .alt,ast) no htn,no d.m,new protin urea 5 yrs diagnosed m.p.g.n.,on approvel 150 mglday since 5yrs,proten 24hlurine (500-800 mglday),labs normal except ast,alt as above,ggt high 400u/l,ua high(7-9) ,kft normal.....// what is the cause for high ggt and how to take alluperinol for high u.a. with my case of m.p.g.n.. are there side efficts for alluperinol on kidneys ? advice pls how to treat gout and how to deal with high ggt?and how to deal with non complicated m.p.g.n???thanks very much
