Those numbers are elevated but not remarkably so. I have seen a whole lot higher than yours.
I think the best advice I can give you is to see a hepatologist (liver specialist) or a gastroenterologist (digestive system specialist) and follow up. One of the first tests usually performed with elevated liver enzyme results is a viral hepatitis test to rule out Hep A, B or C. There are many possibilities that could account for your elevations and you need a doctor to determine what's going on.
You didn't mention anything about alcohol use but until you get some answers you should consider not drinking any alcohol.
I am not a doctor or in the medical profession. I am a person who has had liver disease - Hep C - and I have learned some things along the way. So please, see a doctor and don't rely on anything you read here unless it is from a physician.
Good luck,
Mike
I just wrote a lengthy answer and it deleted, so now you get my short version. My doctor said my liver enzyme levels were through the roof. He acted like i was an alcoholic. I had one beer that week before i went to seem him and he said my levels indicated i had two or three a day. He did not believe me. After tests from another doctor, they discovered i had a parasite. But he said i could not be treated if i was going to drink alcohol, because it would interfere with the meds and make me extremely ill. I told him it was not a problem. He gave me the look. Needless to say, I did not have any alcohol and started having protein fruit smoothies every morning with Milk Thistle to improve my liver functioning and overall diet. I rarely drink enough fluids throughout the day, and the liver and kidneys filter our blood. So by improving my diet and liquid intake, I had a remarkable improvement. After the blood tests, he asked me what i had done, because he had never seen such dramatic improvements in liver enzyme levels. The levels were a bove average. I asked him if the parasite could have caused the problem and he said no. So, think about limiting alcohol and increasing your liquids and add milk thistle!
