high shot and sgpt(pls help)

I am 21 years old (male). today i got my blood test result and everything was normal except my sgot and sgpt levels
sgot (alt)    43 hi       < 37
sgpt     90 hi            < 40

i dont drink(since i was born) , i did hepatitis check up and it was negative ,, i am not on any medications,, very normal,, the doctor told me to come back after 6 weeks and do another blood test,, i am kind of worry,, what could make the alt levels so high. i read that if the levels of sgpt are close to 90 that means there is a damage in the liver,, is it true?? pls help

i forgot,, i didnt have a flu or and didnt take any pills before i do the test( and  i dont have sex-still virgin-)
