hypoechoic lesion?

hypoechoic lesion?

I recently had a CT scan, MRI and today had an ultrasound. I have a 1cm echogenic lesion "having the appearance of a hemangioma" and a 9mm "nonspecific hypoechoic lesion. The lesion adjacent to the gallbladder is not identified with certainty".  Should I be concerned about this?  What type of Dr. would I see? I have been experiencing pain on the upper right side of my abdomen.

I was diagnosed with a hemangioma noticed first on CT scan and then 3 phase MRI and now it is moniterred with Ultrasound.....really hasn't changed much in the 3 years since it was noticed.
