is my fatty liver causing water retention?

i found out i have a fatty liver at 19cm and im retaining water everywhere i also had an ultra sound and there was no sign of liver damage my total biliruben level is 0.7 is my fatty liver causing the water retention?

I have water retention/edema I think due to fatty liver too. Nothing seems to work and no idea why?
