just wondering

just wondering

Im a 28 year old male. from age 16 to 21 I was working out as much as possible I began using large amounts of ephidrine to boost stamina during workouts after I turned 21 then, so i could sleep, i would consume large amounts of alchohol. it has had moderate to medium effects on my life but i always get to work and have never lost employment due to my alcoholism. since i turned 21 i have drank large amounts of mainly vodka but also beer and other liquors 80 to 195 proof (rarly 195) anywhere from a pint a night to also a 175 ml (very rarly). its been pretty much an all out binge for 7 years. Im detoxing for the last 3 days due to drinking a 175 ml on saturday (bad night) and I know you arent  supposed to just stop after an amount like that. bringing it down gradually, or somwhat gradually, itl be about a half pint or less tonight then nothing tomorrow. Im pretty sure i have fatty liver problems and have promised myself no drinking for a month although i know the promise should be longer.Although I know its not good, i see older people drinking far less for twice the time with what sounds like the same problems and what im wondering is how severe it is to have been binging this badly. i would say i drink on average a pint and a half a night with probly on average for or five nights of sobriety a month.
