large hemangioma

I was diagnosed with a 10 cm liver hemangioma. I have pressure on my upper right side and rib area.I was told by the liver doctor that I should have this removed but that this is very invasive surgery, and my md doctor says I should leave it alone. I am confused with such conflicting information.  The liver doctor said the mass is to large for any other procedure. Any info or experience from others would be greatly appreciated so I can make a more informative decision. Thank you for your time
