liver

Hello Iam 24 years old.. last year my sgpt is 265.. but my hepatitis A B C are negative
and my doctor undergo me in ultrasound and the result shows fatty infiltration in my liver.. he give me a medicine  it.. after
3 months of medication and exercise  my SGPT  back to normal.. I would like to ask  if can drink alcoholic drinks? :)

thank you Hector, I have another question, if my SGPT is in normal after 6 months without medication..is it my liver is fully recovered?
