hi good day I have a question I am 24 year old male no vices for all most 1 year ,and under medication for my fatty liver for almost 3months because my SGPTis high 256. but after 3 months of medication my SGPT is back to normal, and my doctor told me to stop my treatment and go for exercise, and now after 6 month without any kind of medication and only exercise my SGPT is normal.. is it my liver fully recovered?
To my knowledge there is currently no medication available to treat "fatty liver disease". If your SGPT normalized after 3 months there must have been some other factor(s) involved aside from just fatty liver disease.
