liver friendly foods

no alcohol, no salt, no sugar, no iron.

i abstain from all this.  i know fresh fruits are ok.

but want a list of the right veggies.  internet sites conflict and confuse me.  is spinach really ok, for example.

bitter greens and spinach ,broccoli  ,all veggies basically  ,artichokes , beets especially ..fruits esp- citrus ....freshly made juices from a good juicer are excellent  ..  organic veggies/fruits are best but if washed will be ok

fats-  extra virgin olive oil
organic coconut oil

salt ? we need salt ! just not table salt ! we need with all the minerals in it though ..I use real salt brand  . there are other good ones out there ... such as celtic sea salt and himalayin (not sure if I spelled it right )    just make sure you get the unprocessed kind

also the more pure water you drink the more salt you can eat ...I drink lots of water daily and I also eat lots of salt but one time I went to the doc for routine blood work and my sodium was low so I  upped my salt and my test came out normal the next time ... just thought it was info worth throwing in for you      but it has to be good salt not the processed kind .. anything processed is bad for you period !

as for sugar that white stuff we call sugar isnt really sugar by the time they take all the goodness out of it .. it is way over used also .. we all need to cut back on the amount of sugar we get but if you are gonna use it at least get some that is as natural as you can like evaporated cane juice ..or pure sugar cane .(use sparingly). it has the minerals needed already in it that our bodies need such as chromium for example ..chromium is great for regulating blood sugar levels ..without chromium our blood sugar rises and then crashes
