liver test results

I had my blood work done in 07 everything fine. Just went to my dr. and had blood test. My liver levels came back abnormal.my alt 106 my ast 94. Now I have to get a ultrasound. I am 67 years and overweight. I am really scared please help me to understand. Is it a great concern to me.
