liver tumor?

i have had a spot on my liver for three years now. I have never had a biopsy but about ten scans and ultrasounds,the spot  has grown bigger also. It is in the left hepatic lobe. Sometimes my bilis become elevated around the same time I start having RUQ pain. I recently started losing weight and vomitting,and i am tired all the time. My doctor sent me for a cardic workup allong with blood work because i keep getting sinus infections with terrible headaches with the pain running down my jaw into my kneck and chest, and blood work the ebv vca igg was  elevated as was the nuclear ag igg ab, i am over being extremly tired sick and in pain all the time do all these things have something to do with the spot on my liver that is getting bigger? Also there was two things at the bottom of the interpertation of the ebv testing for Naso carcinoma and Burkitt lymphoma and the said ++++ what does that mean? The nuclear was 309.0and the vca igg was 262.0 i was told that ebv has been shown to be a tumor causing virus is that true? the cat scans were undecided on what the spot could be and stated that further evaluation was needed.
