need any help pls need to know for my mom

im 32 with a few health problems at the moment or lets just say most my life i came on here not about me but questions about my moms most recent ultrasound it had 5 impressions 4 which were concerned about #1 said liver parenchymal disease 19cm like to know what this is and if its important. #2 they found a 8x8 mm cyst on left lobe of liver what all do we need to know..#3 head of pancreas is mildly prominent of 30mm. #4. abdominal aortic aneurysm what all do we need to know all information would be very helpful... I know both kidney are prominent. (R) 127x48x46 with 15m cortex and (L) 135x50x60 19m cortex. aorta 26mm in abd. can anyone help??
