obssesive on platelet count

I started to be obsessive about low  platelet count. I saw  in some scientific papers that  low platelet count (like less than 150-160)  is a sign of cirrhosis or early cirrhosis. My platelet count history is as follows:

October 29, 2012:           193   (there was hemolysis in this test and hence may not be accurate!)
April  22, 2013:               161
March  14, 2014:            172
May  26, 2014:               148
September 12, 2014:       147
September 20, 2014:       170

My ultrsound for liver and spleen 2 weeks ago was normal.  Do I worry unnecessarily?  Since I do not have older tests, I do knot know my previous values. I have NAFLD  or NASH and I am 35 years old. I was overwihjt in last 4-5 years (with a maximum BMI: 28.2 during that period) .

My liver enzymes are normal in last 8  months.

What do you think from platelet count?

Hi are you taking any aspirin or ibuprofen?
When I went to see a blood specialist for my low platelets he said that aspirin can paralyze the platelets for a week while ibuprofen does it for 3 days.  That can affect your test results.

I don't know if low platelets can predict cirrhosis but there is a cirrhosis forum you could take a look at

I had low platelets, then a biopsy said I was in the beginning of cirrhosis
