right sided pain, enlarged liver, help

hi i am a 39 year old female  for the last six months have had constant right sided pain  i have had 3 ct scans, abd. ultrasound ,colonoscopy  and many blood test,  i just got news that my last scan showed enlarged liver and am going for another ultrasound , why wouldnt this show up before and what could it be , am very worried all previos liver panels have come back normal.

thanks for the comment , i dont drink but do eat alot junk and caffeine

From what I can recall, I think an enlarged liver is one of the first warnings of trouble and is what somebody would have prior to it turning fibrous and then to scar tissue (cirrhosis). So, hopefully, you can adjust your diet, stop drinking totally if you do at all, and return to normal!  Sounds like your doctors are on it, too, so good luck!
