severe bloating/severe shortness of breath

for a year now i have had severe bloating with severe shortness of breath.have had many test,bowels and stomache are normal with a little gas in bowelsi have some pain under my ribs left and right sideam not lactose intolerant.what else could it be?

IM BLOAT A LITTLE AFTER EATING,BUT I WAKE UP TOTALLY BLOATED,my stomache is as hard as a rock,it makes me short of breath too.its been like this for a year and my drs. arent concerned.thanks for your input and ill do some research on gallbladder and liver symptions.thank you so much...........wench8

Could be liver cyst or gall bladder disease had mine removed unfortunately still have probs hydatid cyst or it could be severe irritable bowel syndrome. Do you bloat after dinner in evening??
