Thanks, you too. I'm feeling pretty well these days (not sure why, but I'll take it). I'll ask the dr about the TIBC when I'm there for a different reason.
I'd keep seeing your PCP if you feel that something is physically wrong but these labs really don't indicate much for concern. All your numbers are "normal" except for your TIBC levels. And the testing for that can easily be thrown off by some other medications that you maybe currently taking, so you might just check this out with your doctor.
As far as the other numbers, it really doesn't matter if what they measure is just inside the lower or upper bounds or is square in the middle - they are all considered "normal" - so near misses don't mean anything other than that they are normal.
And yes, your diet can affect your liver enzyme levels which you're already aware of. So keep watching your diet and exercise as it seems you already are. Take care.
