what is hypervascular mass on the liver

someone please help me I took my husband to the emergency room and they done a ct scan and found a hypervascular mass on his liver,he doesn't have insurance and all the doctor said was to make a appt with a doctor for follow up test i have tried finding it on the internet but can not find it all i see is cancer i am so scared some please tell me what it could be

A hypervascular mass could be many things, among them are several benign lesions.  These include focal nodular hyperplasia, hemangioma, or an adenoma.  What is your husbands history?
