Can prograf increase ALT and AST levels?

My liver transplant was in April 2009 due to hep C. So far, I've had few problems and no rejection episodes.
Normally, I do my labs just before taking my morning dose of prograf.
Recently, I had labs done after taking prograf, and my ALT and AST had both jumped significantly.
I have an appointment to see my heptalogist later this month and will discuss this with him.
However, I thought I'd ask if you've ever seen a rise associated with prograf use?
