CsA tolerability

Doctor, how do you find your patients tolerate CsA as far as side effects and outcomes go?  In your experience, what is the most common three side-effects you see from it?

If you prescribe it, do you prescribe Neoral or one of the generics such as Deximune, Gengraf, etc.?  Are there differences between one or the other formulations' effectiveness/sides in your experience?

in essence all of the formulations of cyclosporine are the same with regard side effects.  the most common ones are hypertension, hyperlipidemia and renal dysfunction.
