Hepititus C is in sevior condition Protene level is down please help how to increase it?

One of my closed friend male age 45 has hepatitis C for last two years and according to latest report his liver function is too much down and protein level is 1

Dr. suggested him for immediately transplantation. His job is tough means continue work from 12-14 hours in 7 days a week since last 2 months. Because of this tough schedule he is not caring about his diet.

Now he needs to know:
How to increase protein level of liver in this condition?
What diet he should use in this condition?
From where transplantation of the liver is good and cost wise cheap?
What complications may occurs after transplantation?

when people have advanced liver disease they start to lose muscle mass and this is difficult to reverse.  he must eat many small meals a day, up to 6, including a bedtime snack.  he can take nutritional supplements.  He should be taking 1.5-2.0 gms protein per kg body weight.

with regard to access to transplantation, it depends upon where he resides?
