High unonjugated bilirubin, abnormal blood smear.

I am a 20yr old male, otherwise fit and healthy, don't drink, never donr drugs, not on any meds, stress free.

I have unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. My latest Total reading was 94 umol. I have had lots of LFT's, an ultrasound, an MRI scan, copper tests and urinalysis all of which have been normal. The only thing that was found was stomatocytes, target cells and atypical lymphs on a blood smear. Liver enzymes have always been well within normal range.

Albumin - 47
Alk Phos - 60
ALT - 13
GGT - 15

I do have mild jaundice in the sclera, but it is not noticable to other people. I have also been suffering with extreme daytime sleepiness, something which is seriously affecting my life.

Any idea what this may be?

it sounds that you may have a chronic hemolytic disorder and no liver disease.  I would recommend that you see a hematologist
