Liver Transplant and ammonia levels

My brother is 56 and had a Liver transplant about 2000. He had a severe stroke 5 yrs ago and is aphasic. He is a rehab facility and they tested his blood and came back with an ammonia level of 80 was does this mean?

ammonia levels are very non-specific--we actually rarely ever order them.  I wouldnt worry about this unless there is any concern that the liver has evolved into cirrhosis
