Liver cyst

I am a 61 yr.old female who had a biliary cystadenoma removed surgically in Oct. 2009.  Only the 75
percent outside the liver was able to be removed safely.  Now, per CT scan in Dec. of 2010, the cyst appears
to be back.  When it was surgically removed it was 24 ct.  I think it is at 20 now.  My surgeon does not seem
to be alarmed.  What are my next options.  It really doesn't seem to bother me except for an occasional tightening
in the area of my liver.

i think it should be re-evaluated for resction to make sure there is not a malignant focus present.  make sure your surgeon has extensive experience in this area.  good luck.
