Liver hemangiomas, liver nodule and cyst

Does anyone have idea what's wrong with me? I am male only 31 years old. Chest Pain, liver area pain and back pain. Belching all the time after meal (10 times per min.) and even before the meal. After belching I can feel a little bit less of pain. This issue is about 3 years already. I lost about 20 lbs from 165 lbs to 140 lbs now. Please see my exam result.

Blood result: (1/10/2009)
AST 17 U/L, ALT 29 U/L, CEA(E170-ROCHE) 1.0 NG/ML, CA125 4 U/L, CA 199 0.0 U/L, AFP(Roche-E170) 2 NG/MI
Hepatitis A, B and C all negative.

CT-SCAN (11/20/2008)

Findings:
The heart size is normal. the lung bases are clear
There is a subcentimeter cyst in the left liver, there is a 1 cm enhancing nodule in the anterior left liver seen on series e, image 11. there is no biliary dilation. There is an 8 mm hemangioma in the inferior right liver which is collaborated with ehe rest of the liver in the delayed phases can. there is another hemangioma in the anterior right liver measuing 6 mm. This seen on series 3, image 30.
The stomach, spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands, kidneys, appendix, bowel loops, bladder and prostate are grosly unremarkable. There is no evidence of renal stone at this time. Previous left calculus may have passed druing the interim.
Aortic caliber is normal. there is no free fluid or intrabodominal or pelvic adenopathy. there is a 4mm polyp in the gallbladder fundus. Two small bone islands are noted in the left femoral head.

MRI(12/26/2008) : Same result as CT-scan. Only different is that they think the nodule is Cavernous Hemangioma on the tips of left liver.
Both asked me to re-check in half year.

So, please let me know what’s wrong with me? Sometimes gas in stomach is really cost me dizzy and pain at chest, liver area and back too. Please let me know any suggestion for me? Thanks for your help!

i do not think your symptoms are liver-related.  i do not think the hemangiomas are causing the symptoms. I think you should have an endoscopy.

the endoscopy may need to be repeated.  you give some symptoms of bacterial overgrowth and/or pancreatic problems.

Dear Thomas,
Are you talking about stomach endoscopy and Colonoscopy? I did stomach endoscopy on 8/16/07 (a fragment of gasteric mucosa displaying nonspecific chronic gastritis. No carcinona or ulceration is noticed. Positive HP for specimen consists of a gragment of gray soft tissue in breath test) .  And also i did colonoscopy on 12/11/2008.(a few small scattered diverticula in the colon, single diminutive sessile polyp in sigmoid, it removed by cold biopsy forceps, moderate non-bleeding internal 2nd degree hemorrhoids)
Would i need a new stomach endoscopy? i do feel more chest, back and liver area pain after i have oily food or sea food. Do you think is my stomach or gallbladder issue? Thanks doctor.
