Can you tell me why I am being treated for PBC I am taking ursofalk, that my blood results have come down from Alkaline Phosphatase was 379 is now 179 and ALT was 54 is now 23 Bilirubin is normal these are from 0ct 2008 to May 2009 with no overlap syndrome or automune hepititus
Biopsy does show inflamation (inflammation) of one bile duct

what is the AMA level?  the fact that the AP has decreased while on urso suggests pbc or psc
