Post Liver Transplant - Acetic acid flow

Dear Friends,

My brother underwent a liver and kidney transplant 5months ago. The surgery went fine but post surgery Acetic acid started flowing out. Doctors suggested to remove the Kidney because they didn't find the kidney adaptable to his body. Even after the kidney removal the acetic acid didn't stop.  If one of you have attended a similar kind of case history, Kindly revert me with the possible solution to stop this acetic acid flow.

we see this fairly often after liver transplantation and could be related to rejection or technical vascular issues amongst other causes.  he should have had a work-up that included liver biopsy, ascites fluid analysis and liver imaging studies.
