Regarding liver function test

Respected Sir

My name is sachin i am Non-alcholic,non-smoker and vegetarien in diet. I have a problem related to gasterology, i have GERD and hitus hernia as well as H-pylori Bacteria positive. i am treated for this from last two years with NEX-PRO FAST FORTY (salt :- Esmaprozol). few days back i have gone liver function test whose report is as under.

SERUM BILIRUBIN TOTAL               0.78

SERUM BILIRUBIN CONJUGATED   0.12

SGOT                                              68.0

SGPT                                              53.0

SERUM ALKALINE PHOSPHATE     221.0

PROTEIN                                          6.9

ALBUMIN                                         3.7

GLOBULIN                                       3.2

ALBULIN/GLOBULIN RATION            1.15

Sir i have also gone under ultra-sound (sonography) around six months back which shows NO FATTY LIVER.
Sir i just want to know about the report of liver function test as well as i want to know that am i prescribed with right medicine or will you suggest any other medicine for the same. waiting for your earliest reply

the medication is appropriate and safe to take.  I am not sure what the cause of the abnormal liver tests are--you may need tests to exclude viral hepatitis.
