Returning symptoms?

I am 11 months post liver transplant.  When I was initially diagnosed with end stage liver disease, I also was told I had many internal hemorroids (hemorrhoids).  Recently I have been experiencing some discomfort similiar to the internal hemorroids (hemorrhoids).  Could this be a return of something related to my liver disease?  I go for labs this tuesday.  My next appointment is 12-21-10.
