Shall I start with Baraclude or Viread

Hi Doctor,
                 I am an asian male indian 40 Years old last month I found That I had Hep B with viral load of
59000 copies IU per ml (400,000)can you kiindly suggest me to start with medications pls and shall I try to get
herbal medicine will it work I read through net that eating cockroaches helps the treatment which I can't eat pls help me

i think either baraclude or viread is OK to start.  the medications are well tolerated and can make the viral load (-) very quickly, which will dramatically decrease your risk of developing cirrhosis, liver cancer and of sexuaol transmission to others. I don't think you should wait.
