Sleeping all the time 9 months after liver transplant

Hi, wasn't very sure where to post this question.
My Aunt (49) had a liver transplant in March of this year after a paracetamol (UK) overdose. She lives in Germany and had the transplant done in a superb teaching hospital there. However, 9 months on,and she is just so tired all the time. I am here for a visit in Germany and she has not had an ounce of energy and is spending about 18 hours of the day asleep. As an active, healthy lady before this event happened, we are all still very concerned about her overall health, as well as her mental health? Is there anything you could suggest we do as a family?

this can be from many things, including depression, rejection, anemia, and the effct of the immunosuppressive medications.  are her liver and kidney tests and other labs OK?
