I had a liver biopsy done in 2005. Stage three fibrosis, stage two liver enlargement. Dr never put me on a treatment program. I have terrible pain in my thoracic area, back, ribs , sternum. My regular dr. Put me on 100 mc fynanl.
Recently I have been passing out and now I am in short term disability from work. I have seen pain dr but she has done nothing yet. I have an appointment with my encronologist next week. My original biopsy said I should get another biopsy in 5-7 years. He claimed all his records were lost in a fire.
I am at the point where I need a diagnosis and go on disability or go back to work with excruciating pain.
My question is is it common to have such horrible thoracic pain caused by a bad liver.
