Stage 3 fibrosis

This is basslander again. I forgot to mention the my paternal family, who grew up in Missouri all had histoplasmosis. My brother died from it in 1999. My sister was diagnosed with chronic histo in 2000 and has stemsts in her lungs, my dad had a calcification from histo removed in 2000. My sister has fibrosis in her lungs. Is it possible that I contracted histo in the liver and that us causing this pain? I am going to infectious des ease dr in a few days.

anything is possible, although i highly doubt it.
