What is the treatment for ascites in the abdominal area and reason the lymph nodes is failure?

I am a woman told the age of 60 years and is suffering from a virus C Since 1990, has cirrhosis of the liver completely, and has been planted liver full in China, the end of 2007 year note that I am suffering diabetic since 1994 and now after liver transplantation suffer from edema in the abdominal area but nothing in the legs with Knowing that the liver function condition is good as that the results of medical analysis of the functions of the liver is good and Doctors agreed unanimously that the problem is the failure of the (Lymph Nodes) in the abdominal area .the treatment must be taken daily (Human Albumin 100 mml),and Avoiding  completely diuretics because they cause kidney problems. And now is this treatment is correct? and What is the real cure? Is it really only (Human Albumin) Only? Or what?

if the ascites is related to HCV, then antiviral treatment of the HCV is the way to go.

the ascites can be multifactorial in nature, in part related to renal problems and probably from recurrence of hepatitis C.
