alkaline phosphatase

my alkaline phosphatase is 156 quite elevated. it is the cause that my gall bladder was extracted almost 10 years and it is halted that's why i have pain in my upper right part of my abdomen. my sgopt is also elevated 45. what particular foods and medicines appropriate for my condition.

i do not think that you have to limit your diet.  check to see if they did a liver biopsy when your gallbladder was removed.  this is not dangerously elevated but its cause should be explored further.
