auto immune hepatitis

I have an appt. with a transplant doctor this week because of decompensation of my liver. I have ascites but it is getting better because of 2 diuretics. But I was taking Mercaptopurine 6 for about 7 months at 50mg. and it caused my WBC and neutrophils to go down to critical levels.  2 rounds of  Neupogen have not helped.  Will this interfere with my transplant progress ?  I want to be on the list if possible.

i do not think this should be a problem with having a transplant.  patients with autoimmune hepatitis generally do exceedingly well post-transplantation.  hopefully, adequate medical treatment can dramatically delay the need for transplantation.
