Question. What do loving Parents do,after knocking themselves out to help their 45year old Daughter in every way possible ,spending hours on end in Emergency Wards with that Daughter ,then to find out that Daughter has been making herself  very sick by taking too much Spirolactone and Frusamide secretly to try and be free of the fluid on her ankles ,consequently ending up in needless Emergency situations and we her parents totally distraught ,and the Daughter could not care less for the Drama and upset she has caused us ,we cannot even tell her off for this con job she has been pulling on us or she snaps at us ,so we have to just grin and bare it .It is all getting too much ,What if anything can we do ,Her Dad is 78years old I am 69 .Thank you Zuni

i am sorry to hear this.  This behavior should definitely call into question her potential liver transplant candidacy.
