enlarged liver normal tests

i had macroscopic hameturia and i did ct abdomen and pelvis.according to report it was normal, later after one and half year radiologist reviewd the ct and find that it was hepatomegally ( increase in size ) about 22 to 23 but other than size liver was normal and liver functions tests  ( blood ) and  cbc was normal at that time.
the hamturia was diagnosed due to prostatitis and resolved in 3 days
i remeber that i did us abdomen 14 ys ago and my doc said it seems ur liver is bright ( fatty ) and enlarged i run tests and it was normal and he didnot ask for new tests

what should i do

fatty liver can cause hepatomegaly and abnormal liver tests.  Treatment is weight loss if warranted.  You should check your liver tests.
