enlargement, left lobe of liver

my husband donated his liver to a family member 9 years ago. recently he had an abdominal cat scan which showed an enlargement of the left lobe of his liver. also his blood work indicated elevated enzymes - is this something to worry about?

after a living donation of a piece of liver the rest of the liver grows until it reaches almost the original size but the shape is abnormal.  thus I don't think the left part of the liver per se is enlarged.  abnormal liver tests are definitely not typical however and this should be looked into further by doctors at the center that performed the transplant.  I do not think that it is anything bad but it should still be evaluated.
