A few days ago I felt a strong pain in my right side of the stomach. Echotomorraphy shows liver cyst 4,5 x 6,5 cm. I read that liver cysts usually do not cause any pain, but for 5 days I steel feel the constant discomfort, strong pain especially when I take deep breath and in some movements. Can liver cysts cause this kind of pain or something else is wrong with me? I'm 40 years old, female

a liver cyst of this size should not cause these symptoms.  If this is from a U/S then I think you need a CT scan.
