high enzyms after livertransplant

i made livertransplant in june 2010  succesfully   after 3 months enzymes get high  drs put me ring at the left duct then enzymes comes normal  before 2 months enzymes  get higher ALT489  AST306  alkphos  1413  DR gave me corotrope 20mg daily for one monthe anzzzzzzzzzzymes  came to normal   i reduce corotrope slowly  til5mg day after day enzymes get higher  as befor  now iam taking  imuran 50mg two tablets daily  pls itis type of rejection or wt pls advice @ help thanks

i think a liver biopsy is indicated to exclude rejection
