liver enyzmes rise

Three months after liver transplant and ALT AST and Billi are low normal and have been during the three months.  Two weeks later ALT and AST are a little less than double the high normal 80, 127, billi still normal.  Can a stomach virus that's lasted for about a week cause this?

absolutely it can.  obviously other such things as rejection can do the same so your docs have to follow the labs over time.
